To All Harvest Hills Residents:
Our last 2 Association Meetings had to be canceled due to the Covid virus. We do plan on having our Annual Meeting on February 10 at the Town Hall at 7pm. There will be nominations and election of 2 Board Members.
Andy Hiser's & Judi Krieger's terms have expired. If anyone is interested in serving on the Board, you MUST attend the February Meeting.
Increase in Yearly Dues:
Due to the rising costs over the past 10 years to maintain the Association, the Board was forced to raise dues $10.00 a year.
Also, please remember, we did reduce dues by $5.00 at one point throughout those years.
Our costs of lawn care, weed control, pond & pump maintenance, insurance, legal fees, taxes, electric and postage have all gone up. We also would like to look to the future and be able to do some improvements, such as, trees and picnic tables, plus the unexpected maintenance items that come up also.

It's time for the annual meeting for our Harvest Hills Homeowners Association. We would like to take this opportunity to invite each of you to attend and participate in this year's meeting. It will be held at Rootstown Town Hall on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 7:00 pm.
We will have nominations and elections of 3 Board Members. Since we need to elelct 3 new members to the Board, we need all members to participate at this very important meeting.
In addition, the collection of the Association's annual dues is now upon us. Please detach the payment coupon at the bottom of the letter you received and remit your payment no later than Wednesday, February 12, 2020. Please mail your payment to Harvest Hills Homeowners, P.O. Box 332, Rootstown, OH 44272. Any dues not paid by February 12, 2020 will have a $10 monthly late fee.
We hope to see you at the meeting!
Please note dues are $128.00 for 2020.
